Who Is SUD Homes?
Our Founder, Payman Haghseta felt there was a need for better craftsmanship and innovative ways to build better. With European general contracting experience, he sharpened his trade skills in Germany for a decade or two. An opportunity arose with Dueck Homes in Canada, so Payman hopped on a plane and made his way to Winnipeg, Manitoba. At Dueck Homes, Payman shared his experiences and quickly rose to onsite Foreman on multiple builds. This included single family dwellings, luxury Homes and large industrial buildings. He watched over builds with a keen eye for detail and for things to be done right.
In 2016, the time felt right to strike out on his own under the name SUD Homes (Sharp, Unique, Different). This led to him to great success with many projects around the Winnipeg area. His unique way of doing things led him to be featured in the local paper (Winnipeg Free Press, Oct 19, 2019) for New Build Homes. His build quality and unique designs improved the neighborhood. SUD Homes is now doing the same in the North Shore Vancouver area with small to large renovation projects. Payman continues to build a great reputation with his customers and sub-trades alike as an honest and highly skilled builder/trades professional.
